Group fitness classes are now posted below. Please check back frequently throughout the semester to ensure that class offerings and times have not changed. Summer group fitness classes will take place from May 27 - August 16, 2008.
Group Fitness includes cardio/aerobic/spin and mind-body classes all held in a motivating environment. A wide variety of classes provides exciting opportunities for physical activity regardless of fitness level or desired goals.

The FitPass is an unlimited semester pass that includes all cardio, strength, spin, specialty and mind-body classes.
• FitPasses are non-refundable after the first week of classes.
• FitPasses are not transferable and are not valid for the following semester.

Daily passes and FitPasses may be purchased at the Member Service Office in the University Recreation Center or Member Services at the St. Paul Gymnasium. Fees are payable with cash, check, Discover, MasterCard or VISA.
