Personal Training is a one-on-one instruction program that focuses on education, motivation and exercise adherence. A nationally certified personal trainer will develop a goal specific program for each client. Education is the primary focus, which allows participants to independently continue the exercise program and enjoy the lifelong benefits of regular physical activity.

After completing a complementary assessment, our fitness staff will combine your current fitness level with personal goals to design an Exercise Program tailored to your needs. Your fitness specialist will demonstrate all aspects of your program so that you have a clear understanding of equipment variations and proper form. Play hockey on a team? Looking to improve a golf swing? Sports Specific Training, whether one-on-one with a personal trainer, or in a group with team members, enhances cardiovascular and muscular ability. If it requires explosiveness or endurance, strength or agility, or all of the above, sessions are specifically designed to help participants excel in specific sports.
