Youth Programs offers recreation activities infused with educational experiences for children of the University community. All Youth Programs are designed to encourage discovery and personal growth, while exposing children to the University of Minnesota.
Summer Youth Programs are structured as fun and informative day camps. Learning opportunities range from sport specific instruction to sound recording. Birthday Parties are a less structured opportunity to expose children to the University. Held at the St. Paul Gym, each party includes at least one hour of activity in the pool or on the climbing wall and an hour of games and activity in a party room. All Youth Programs are facilitated by highly trained personnel with special interests in childhood development.
2008 Summer Programs are now open for registration. Camps run from June 9 through August 22, so be sure to register soon! Visit the Summer Programs page to learn more about the many opportunities available through University Youth Programs.
