1) If this is the 1st time that you have used the online registration process – you must create a new account. This button is prominent on the registration page. Remember! If your family has joined us for the 2006 or 2007 summer season or the Learn to Swim program in the past two years, you already have been assigned a family ID number. Use that information to register. If you have forgotten your information, you can do a password search on the registration website or contact our office at 612-625-2242.
2) You will not have a bar code (user name) or family pin (pass word) assigned to you UNTIL AFTER you have completed a transaction. If you close prior to purchasing a class, your information will not be saved in the system and you will have to re-enter all the information.
3) Once you have completed a transaction (actually provided your credit card information) make sure you copy and save the receipt page – this is your receipt and confirmation. Your bar code and family pin will be emailed to the email address you have provided once you have completed the transaction.
4) Many email servers do not recognize our vendor and will send your “confirmation” email directly to your trash or junk mail. This information should be mailed to you within a few minutes. If you do not receive it, you CAN NOT re-enter the site. DO NOT CREATE A SECOND ACCOUNT!!! This will only make things more difficult. If it is between the hours of 8am and 3pm call 612-625-2242.
5) You must enter yourself FIRST as the primary account holder. Please enter yourself and your partner on the same line – i.e. Smith/Johnson (if you have different last names) John & Jane (first names next!). The “details” button at the end of this line will allow you to enter cell phone numbers, work numbers, pagers, etc.
6) Once you have entered all of your information – including home address/telephone, etc. submit that information. Next, click on the 'My Account' tab, then click on the 'Update Account Information' button, and finally click on the 'Add Client' button. You may start adding classes for your children once you have submitted this new information. You must make sure that the individual you are registering appears in the drop-down list of family members. For more information about adding classes – please read the “how to register for a program” on the FAQ sheet found at the actual registration site.
7) Please keep your Bar Code and Family Pin – you will not have to create new accounts for subsequent years – your personal information will be saved, and you may update it for future Youth Programs classes.
8) When paying – please only push the submit button ONE TIME. Some of the processes take time to occur.
9) If all else fails, please call the office BEFORE you get too frustrated.
